Summary Lahore High Court deferred hearing of application regarding harassment of female pilots for 1 week.
As per details, Captain Rifat had move an application in the court regarding harassment of female pilots by high ups which was put off for one week.LHC Justice Nasir Saeed Shaikh conducted hearing of the petition where the petitioner Captain Pilot Riffat said that women pilots are being sexually harassed by the PIA officers.The petitioner also said that when officers’ undue demands and desires are not met, they start putting stumbling blocks in the increment of female pilots.The plaintiff informed the court that they had put the issue before Women Development Standing Committee but in vain.The prestigious court issued notices to the PIA officials and put off the hearing of the case for one week.
