Summary A PIA flight from Dubai to Peshawar made emergency landing at Karachi airport.
PK284 landed in Karachi because its windscreen developed cracks in it. The pilot informed the control room and diverted the plane to Karachi immediately.The Civil Aviation Authority spokesman said that all emergency arrangements had been made at the airport before the landing. The spokesman said that the flight was to reach Peshawar Wednesday morning but would now be cleared only after the several hours of repair works had been done.
