Summary Six more patients of dengue succumbed to dengue in Lahores Mayo Hospital.
Dengue fever is continued to take lives of people of Lahore. In Mayo Hospital, 40 year-old Nasir of Shakargarh, Farooq Ganj’s Zarina Bibi 50, Kot Kawaja Saeed’s Hasan bari 70, Band Road Shahnaz 50, and 30 year-old Amna are died of dengue.The number of dengue patients is continuously increasing in Faislabad. With the 28 new patients, the overall number of dengue patients has increased to 1048 in Faisalabad only. On the other hand, anti-dengue spray has not been completed in various parts of the city.In Multan, number of dengue patients has risen to 350 with 5 new patients of dengue fever. In Khayber Pakhtunkhwah, 222 patients have been identified with dengue virus. A new case of dengue has been reported in Swat’s Boner area. The most of the cases of this fatal disease are reported in Mansehra, Haripur, Abbotabad and Mardan.
