PPP, JUI-F to join hands in next Senate elections

According to the sources, it has been decided in a meeting of Maulana Fazlur Rehman with President Asif Ali Zardari few days back however, formal announcement is yet awaited.Both of them are also pondering to prepare strategy to contest next common elections jointly. Sources also claim the appointment of Maulana Ataullah Shahab as an advisor to the Prime Minister is also part of this reconciliatory policy.Maulana Fazlur Rehman has also convened the party meeting to discuss issue of reconciliation with the Pakistan People Party on October 22.
