The region has enough of military actions, and now is the time to give talks a fair chance, the COAS added.Gen Ashfaq Kayani said that the main aim of joint exercise was to further strengthen the military to military relationship and share experience of counter terrorism. He said that exercise began with learning and sharing of individual skills. The aim and objectives set for the exercise had been achieved to its best, he concluded. In the recent months, Pakistan has been complaining of an upsurge in the cross-border attacks from Afghanistan. The attack intensified as the bordering areas have been abandoned by the NATO and Afghan forces, allowing militants to find safe havens there.Pak-Saudi joint military exercises took place near Mangla today in an attempt to provide the opportunity to both troops to benefit from each others training experiences.
