Summary Special Judge Syed Ikhlaq Shah termed main accused of Haj corruption case as proclaimed offender.
In this regard, nonbailable warrants have been issued against the accused.The hearing of Haj corruption case was conducted in the court of Special Judge.The accused who appeared were: ex-minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi, former DG Haj Rao Shakeel and ex-joint secretary for Religious Affairs Aftabul Islam.The court has ordered the Investigation Officer IG Gilgit Hussain Asghar to submit challan on the next hearing. Charges are likely to be framed in the next hearing.
