Summary PML (N), MQM and other parties on Tuesday walked out of National Assembly session.

They protested against loadshedding and government’s alleged corruption.During debate in the lower house on the power loadshedding in the country, PML(N) and MQM protested and staged a walkout when Panel Chairman Nadeem Akhter Chan asked PPP’s member Jamshed Dasti to start debate on loadshedding.Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Hanif Abbasi raised slogans ‘Go Zardari Go’ and demanded the government “end corruption-filled rule”.GOVERNOR’S RULE: Allied parties of government, federal minister and PPP legislators in National Assembly have called for resignation interior minister Rehman Malik and imposition of Governor Rule in Sindh and Balochistan.Waseem Akhtar of MQM said Hazara Community is being targeted for long; therefore provincial government should take steps for their safety.Ayaz Sadiq of PML-N said Interior Minister Rehman Malik was an incompetent person and he has failed to maintain law and order in the country.Bushra Gauhar of ANP said Balochistan government had failed to provide protection to Hazara Community. Balochistan government should accept responsibility of deteriorating law and order situation in the province and resign, she demanded.Riaz Hussain Pirzada of PML-Q said provincial governments of Sindh and Balochistan should resign. If they don’t resign then governor rule be imposed in the two provinces.Nadim Afzal Gondal of PPP regretted Shia community was being killed in Balochistan. Prime Minister and Rehman Malik should explain the position on target killing.Hamid Saeed Kazmi of PPP said sectarian violence is being fanned in the country deliberately. Attacks on Data Darbar and Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine and others were deplorable.
