Summary The attorney for various LPG companies argued the policy was aimed at fleecing the common people.
It was pleaded in the court of Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah that it has been made binding for all the LPG license holders to import 20 percent of LPG. Ogra will impose petroleum levy to change the price and it would hit the common people hard. The complainant prayed for the stay order on LPG policy 2011. The worthy court has granted the stay order and directed the chairman OGRA to appear in the court on October 5.
