Summary Malik said that cylinder explosion in Islamabad hotel on Thursday night was an act of terrorism.
Speaking to the media, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that two more cylinder-filled vehicles have been recovered from the capital. Malik said that explosives were found in the exploded cylinder.“Security forces have recovered weapons in a raid in the capital,” he said adding “We are investigating how 10 cylinders were transported by two vehicles into Islamabad.” The Interior Minister said that terrorists were aiming to hit some high profile figures.At least five persons including two women were injured in an alleged gas cylinder explosion at a local hotel of Blue Area in the capital Thursday night.
