LAHORE (Dunya News) – Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar said on Tuesday that the audio leak conversation was very serious while saying the incompetent people want to see clash among institutions.
He, along with Malik Ahmed Khan, addressed the press conference in Lahore and said political matters should not be taken to the courts while adding the court should also be cautious in many matters.
Mr Tarar added that facts cannot be hidden in the age of social media and technological revolution while adding the previous controversial decision also affected the country highlighting that the parliament was completely powerful to legislate on any matter.
Meanwhile, PML-N’s senior leader Malik Ahmed Khan said the Supreme Court should take notice of the audio leak of the former chief justice because a reference of one judgement while adding the leak raised many questions because it mentioned how the parliamentary proceedings can be stopped.
