Interim CM Naqvi congratulates Muslims on arrival of Ramadan

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated on Wednesday that fasting was a shield against injustice, lies, deceit, and slander. He conveyed his message while highlighting the importance of Ramadan for all Muslims.

The CM expressed his heartfelt felicitations to all Muslims on the arrival of Ramadan. He emphasized that this holy month was full of blessings and opportunities for forgiveness.

Mr. Naqvi clarified that fasting was not just about being hungry but rather it was a high place of piety.

He urged everyone to cleanse their hearts of hatred and bitterness during the month of Ramadan to receive divine blessings.

He further added that it was our responsibility to take care of the less fortunate around us during this month. He urged people to avoid illegal profiteering and hoarding in order to reap the blessings of Ramadan.
