Summary Anti-Terrorist Court has accepted a plea against the expropriation of Musharrafs property.
The court has accepted the plea praying for the reversal of the decision for hearing.The judge of Special Anti-Terrorist Court Syed Pervez Ali Shah has sought the report from FIA and putt off the hearing to September 24.In another case, the court has indicted three over attack on NATO oil tankers. The accused have pleaded innocence and the case was adjourned to September 27. The accused Ali Imran, and others have been charged with attacking the tankers in Talagang, Fateh Jang, Sihala, Tarnol and Pindi Gheb.
