Summary The LHC has ordered Punjab governor to submit his reply regarding vice chancellors appointment.
A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court headed by LHC Chief Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry headed the case.Prof Dr Sohail informed the court that VC’s of six universities appointed violating the merit and even no interview was conducted. He requested the court to suspend the order.Council’s for governor requested the court to give time to submit reply.The court issued notice to the governor and adjourned the case till Sep 21.
