Summary Hearing of suo moto case is underway in Supreme Courts Karachi registry.
The Supreme Court’s Karachi Registry began hearing the suo moto case on target killings in Karachi. A larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is hearing the case.In his remarks, the Chief Justice said the situation of Karachi will be better after the Supreme Court’s verdict in this case. He assured that there is no Shia-Sunni dispute in Karachi at all.
