Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that sense of deprivation of Balochis will be eliminated.Talking to the media on his arrival in Quetta at the Quetta Airport, Malik said that a decline in the incidents of extremism had occurred in rural areas.He said, however, incidents of extremism increased in Quetta as the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan, Al Qaeda and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi had joined hands together in Balochistan.“I do not share any information without solid intelligence backing. There are evidences that foreign powers are behind the insurgency in Pakistan and their agenda is to weaken the country”, Malik said.He vowed that an action would be taken against the terrorists in the province.The interior minister appreciated the provincial government’s counter terrorism measures, adding that all the people arrested under the charges of terrorism would be brought before the public.
