Summary FO has said after arrests in Quetta, Pak-US operational level ties are getting back to normal.

During weekly briefing, Foreign Office spokesperson Tehmina Janjua said that efforts on both sides to remove operational difficulties in bilateral ties were yielding thus results, Pakistan’s relations with US were fast heading back to normalcy. She said as part of focused regional outreach, Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani would leave for Iran on September 11 for a two days official visit, adding that the PM would hold talks with the Iranian leadership to enhance cooperation in different sectors.She told the media that the Indian prime minister had assured that India would withdraw its reservations over privileges given to Pakistan by the European Union. She hailed the decision and said that delay was due to technical reasons.She maintained that Pakistani High Commissioner to Afghanistan was trying its best to release Pakistani children.
