Summary Government has requested the SC to give two week for the appointment of commissions chairman.
A two-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk heard the case regarding the missing persons.Additional Attorney General K K Agha presented before the court and submitted the report regarding the progress in missing persons’ case. He informed the court that Masood Janjua and Faisal Fraz had a soft corner for Al-Qaida and both were killed in Afghanistan.Amina Masood informed the court that she had proves that both were in ISI custody, adding that she could reveal the name of accused but she would avoid keeping in view the honour of the institutes.The court ordered Amina to submit her reply according to the report.The court also granted two weeks for the appointment of new chief of the commission and adjourned the hearing till Sep 26.
