The Supreme Court (SC) larger bench under Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will resume hearing of the suo motu case regarding target killing today.The counsel of the Awami National Party (ANP), Syed Iftikhar Hussain Gillani will present his argument before the bench.The chief justice has constituted two benches at the Karachi Registry to hear cases. The bench under CJ comprises of Justice Amir Hani Muslim and Justice Ghulam Rabbani while the other bench will be comprised of Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany.
