Summary NOC mandatory for import of Holy Quran from Non-Muslim states
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal government on Thursday made it mandatory to obatin a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the import of Holy Quran from Non-Muslim states.
The importer must obtain an NOC from the Ministry of Religious Affairs or relevant provincial authority, read a notification issued after the approval by the federal cabinet.
