Summary Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated in most parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday.
After the announcement of moon sighting by local Ruit-e-Hilal committee, Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated in most parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday. The announcement was made by Mufti Shahab-ud-Din in Peshawar.Meanwhile, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government disowned Mufti Shahab announcement.Partial Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated in Peshawar, however, complete Eid will be celebrated in Charsadda, Mardan, Sawabi, Fata and some other towns whereas the residents of Peshawar Cantt, Hazara Division, Malakand and Sawat will keep fast on Tuesday and will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr after the announcement of Central Ruit-e-Hilal Committee.
