Summary Punjab Chief Minister termed delay in power projects in Punjab a conspiracy against Pakistan.
Talking to the media, Shahbaz Sharif said that two power projects of 750MW (Nandi Pur and Chichoki Malian) have been started for Punjab. But due to non-payment of bribe to Federal Law Minister both the projects have been postponed, Shahbaz alleged.He urged Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani to take notice and hang all the officials who caused delay in these projects. He said that the delay would cause a loss of Rs 20 billion to the national exchequer. He said that he would raise the matter at every forum and would recover the money from all those who created hurdles in the completion of these projects.
