Summary The Council of Common Interest (CCI) meeting was held in Islamabad.
Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani presided over the CCI meeting. Chairing the meeting, Gilani said that the government believed in the policy of reconciliation.He said that the constitution has the solution of all disputes.The prime minister said that maintaining law and order in Karachi was a big challenge and the government needed people’s support on the matter.He said that the federal government is cooperating with the Sindh government to maintain peace in Karachi.
