NEPRA has accorded approval to Northern Power Generation Company (NPGC) to increase power tariff by 82 paisas per unit. The hike in tariff will take effect from August, 7.As per media reports NEPRA has also approved increase in power tariff by 82 paisas per unit following the increase in gas tariff by OGRA,NEPRA has approved increase in power tariff by 57 paisas per unit in respect of Muzaffargarh unit and 76 paisas per unit at Multan unit. Revised tariff will take effect from August, 7.
