Traders of Aaram Bagh Medicine Market held a demonstration against threats issued to them for non-payment of extortion.Rangers conducted surgical operation in Surjani Town, Khameso Goth, Makasa Center, Sultan Complex, PIB Colony, Baloch Para, Orangi Town, Gulistan-e-Johar and Pehlwan Goth.According a Rangers spokesman, 14 suspects were arrested from different parts of the city in targeted operation and 89 weapons, drugs, lethal chemical, explosives and extortion chits were recovered.Despite the operation, once again extortion money was demanded from traders of Aaram Bagh Market.The traders shut their shops and staged a protest at MA Jinnah Road.Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wasan has admitted that several miscreants managed to flee due to delayed operation.
