Summary An anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi has adjourned the hearing of Aqeels bail plea till August 30.
The anti-terrorism court has acquitted 34 accused held in Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA Anjum Aqeel escape case.Shalimar Police Station House Officer Ghulam Baqir appeared before the court and submitted the police report. It was stated in the report that 34 people were innocent and had nothing to do with the case.He told the court that joint investigation team recommended their acquittal.The court acquitted the 34 people declared innocent in the investigation.The court ordered the police to present challan against Anjum Aqeel and 30 others who helped him escaping from police custody and adjourned the hearing until August 30.
