Summary Sindh High Court has issued notices to defendants on plea for inquiry into Mehran base attack.
The plaintiff took the stance that the attack by six terrorists caused severe damage to the Mehran Airbase, However, the Americans who were present on the base remained unhurt. The plaintiff was of the view that it might be an international conspiracy aganst Pakistan and court must order an independent inquiry into the incident.The divisional bench of Sindh High Court, comprising Chief Justice Musheer Alam and Justice Imam Baksh Soomro has issued notices to defendants in this regard.
