He said the step was must as civilian law enforcement agencies have fully failed to restore peace in Karachi.He said this while talking to the media outside the Parliament. He said the ANP had nothing to do with terrorism. Rangers were deployed in Karachi but they were not guided with proper directions, he said.He said that the time had come that the metropolis should be handed over to the Army.He asserted that if the government did not arrest the criminals, it would be declared responsible for committing criminal negligence.
