Benazir murder accused to be indicted on August 27

Federal Investigation Agency prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar told the court that copies of the case documents have been given to all accused so the proceedings for indictment should be started. The court adjourned the hearing until august 27.Talking to the media, Chaudhry Zulfiqar said that he had been wrote many times to the General Headquarters and Defence Housing Authority to get the details of former president Musharraf’s assets but they did not get reply.The court asked the prosecutor to write them one last time, adding that a verdict would be given about Musharraf’s assets on next hearing.
