Zafar Qureshis plea for NICL reinvestigation accepted

Now Zafar Qureshi would submit challan in the court after conducting a fresh inquiry into the NICL fraud case.As per routine, the court was to hear arguments on the petition filed for the acquittal of Moonis Elahi but all the people were surprised when Zafar Qureshi filed another petition in which he requested to the court that he should be given permission to conduct a fresh inquiry into the matter, setting aside the petition filed for the accused’s acquittal for one month.The defence counsels, while opposing Zafar’s plea, told the court that when final challan is submitted in the court, the matter cannot be inquired into.The court after hearing both sides accepted Zafar’s petition. At this, the defence lawyers announced to challenge the verdict made by the Sessions Court.
