If federal cabinet decides case will be registered against PTI leadership: Rana Sanaullah

Lahore (Dunya News) – The Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah on Thursday said that if the federal cabinet decided a case will be registered against the PTI leadership. 

Talking on Dunya News program ‘On the Front’, the Interior Minister said that the nation should realize that Imran Khan is a fuss creator. He mentioned that even if elections were to be announced over Imran Khan’s words, he will still not be pleased.

The PTI Chairman has done nothing in three years but carrying out revengeful actions, he added.

Rana Sanaullah said, “If the Supreme Court had not passed orders that day, we would have locked them in buses and taken them away. The Supreme Court is the custodian of the institution. We will abide by the order of the Supreme Court. I don’t think SC will take a decision that will make things worse.”

Carrying on with the criticism he added that PTI had armed men. Imran Khan’s aim was to bring bloodshed, said Interior Minister.

The Interior Minister while terming PTI’s long March as the ‘Fasad march’ said that if fasad march is a crime then even preparing for it is a crime. The government should allow this policy that when they prepare for the fasad march, all these people will be caught. He said 16 cases have be registered in Punjab and 19 cases in Islamabad. They should be arrested in these cases.

According to Rana Snaullah, Sheikh Rashid could not be traced despite utmost efforts made by them. He further added that If Imran Khan had been arrested in D-Chowk, there would have been no reaction. There were five to seven thousand people with him in Swabi. What could have been the reaction?

The Interior Minister said that NAB cases are false and decisions should be in their favor. The Supreme Court should dismiss all these cases, including Suo moto. Chairman NAB will be the one who will not follow anyone’s dictation, he continued saying.

He also mentioned that return of Nawaz Sharif is 100 percent. Rana Sanaullah expressed that PML-N supremo’s return will be at the time that gives them maximum political benefits.
