Summary Police are on high alert countrywide in connection with 65th Independence Day.
In the wake of possible terror attacks on Independence Day, security is also on high alert in federal capital. The holidays of police have been cancelled in this regard.The SPs have been directed to pay surprise visits to check posts of their circle while strict action would be taken against the police personnel who would found not active during duty hours.Parking vehicles near police pickets has also been banned.
