Summary Court on Saturday adjourned hearing of NICL bail petition of Moonis Elahi till August 16.
During the hearing, the lawyers of Moonis Elahi completed their arguments. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 16.Moonis Elahi, son of federal minister and former chief minister of Punjab Ch Prevaiz Elahi, is facing trial on corruption scandal in NICL. The first FIR was registered against him on December 27, 2010 while second was lodged on January 27, 2011.
