Summary People of Karachi are facing difficulties as public transport remained off the road due to strike.
The wheel-jam strike call for Saturday was given by Sindh nationalist parties. Majority of the petrol pumps in the city are shut and private transport on the roads is also very thin.All business communities, transporters and party workers are observing complete shutter-down and wheel-jam across the province.Karachi Taransport Ittehad had asked the transporters to remain off the road to avoid any untoward incident.Meanwhile, attendance in the offices also remained thin while most private schools were shut due to wheel-jam strike.
