The Rangers personnel had shot dead 18-year- old Sarfraz Shah near Boat Basin in Karachi on June 8.The Rangers officials tried to turn the issue as a robbery incident in the beginning; however, the reality came to the fore after footage of the incident made by a private TV channel was released.The anti-terrorist court conducted the hearing on the case on daily basis and reserved the decision on August 9 after completion of arguments.The court will announce the decision on the case today.
