LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Chairman of Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Abdul Khabeer Azad said that some elements want to create instability in the country. Terrorists have no religion. The attack on minority in Peshawar was an attack on Pakistan.

The Chairman of Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad and other religious personalities held a joint press conference at the Saint John Cathedral Church.

Abdul Khabeer Azad has stated that, “We condemn the murder of Pastor William Siraj in Peshawar. It was an attack on Pakistan, not on the minority. Some elements want to create instability in the country. Terrorists have no religion.”

He appealed to the government to bring such elements to justice. “People are with the Pakistani Forces and Security agencies. Pastor William Siraj was a university teacher. Muslim students were also learning from him. All religions have to work together,” stated the Chairman of Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.
