Summary Government has suspended perks and facilities to 6 PCO judges in view of their removal from service.
SC had given deadline till Tuesday to denotify 6 PCO judges. Sources in Law Ministry said all the facilities and benefits given by government to these PCO judges have been stopped due to SC decision of their removal from service.Police security has been withdrawn for some PCO judges. Certain PCO judges have started shifting from their residences in Judges Colony to their own residences.
