Summary ATC extended interim bail of the accused Abrahim Khalil involved in raid on Sri Lankan cricket team.
The ATC’s special judge conducted hearing of the case where the defense council said that the accused had nothing to do with the case in which he had been unscrupulously involved.The lawyer further argued that police had lodged a fake and fabricated case against him on the basis of doubt, praying that the interim bail of the accused should be extended as he had included in the investigation underway.The court has extended in the bail plea till September 7.
