Summary All the political parties in Punjab Assembly opposed deployment off the Army in Karachi for peace.
The members of the PPP, the PML-N and PML-Q were of the view that political forces should be firm and steadfast and strong for restoration of peace in the city.They further contended that the destructive forces should be dealt harshly, adding that they are supporter of deploying the Army in the metropolitan.They proposed that all the political forces should liberate the city out of political interests; that is the only way to restore the peace of the city.
