16 die of Gastro in AJK

In various parts of urban and rural areas of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, at least 16 people died of Gastro while thousands of others are seriously affected by the epidemic.Most of deaths were caused by unavailability of medicines in rural areas.In different private and public hospitals of Muzaffarabad district, almost two thousand patients are taken daily from which many are in critical condition.Other districts of AJK, including Huncha, Sidhnuti, Haweeli, Bagh, Neelum, and Huttian, are also affected by the epidemic but the authorities concerned are constantly silent in this connection.
