Summary MQM leader Haider Abbas Rizvi says party will not rejoin federal cabinet.
Talking to the media at Parliamentary House, Rizvi declared all such rumours as baseless and affirmed MQM’s stance of sitting on opposition benches to play a positive role.Referring to the possibility of resignation of Sindh Governor, he said that such an action would make the law and order in province worse, as the governor was not merely an MQM entity, but represented the province as a whole.“Currently we are collecting (an average of) 15 dead bodies of our MQM activists, while tomorrow (in case of resignation of Governor) this could increase to more than 150 dead bodies,” he cautioned. He said many gangs as well as former Sindh home minister Zulfiqar Mirza are involved in creating unrest.
