Summary The Lahore High Court has rejected the MPS pleas to stop the hearing of fake degree cases.
Three-member Lahore High Court bench headed by the Acting Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Justice Sh Azmat heard the case on Friday. Petitioners argued that the LHC didn’t have the jurisdiction to hear fake degree case and prayed for the stay order. The court decided that the matter comes in the jurisdiction of the worthy court and the court would decide the matter in accordance with the law
