DERA ISMAIL KHAN (Dunya News) – A terrorist of a banned outfit was killed during an intelligence-based operation conducted by police in Dera Ismail Khan on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, police conducted an operation near Kori Graveyard in Dera Ismail Khan terrorist Sheikh Waqas alias Khalid, belonging to banned Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) Gandapur Group, was killed in exchange of fire with law enforcement agencies.
Sources said that Sheikh Waqas alias Khalid, carrying a head money of Rs 3 million, was wanted by police in eight cases. Police have also recovered four hand grenades and a pistol from his possession.
