Judicial commission formed to probe Usman Kakar's death releases its report

QUETTA (Dunya News) - The judicial commission tasked to find out the death cause of Usman Kakar has failed to reach any conclusion due to lack of statements and testimony.

The Judicial Commission issued its report on the death of Senator Usman Kakar. No one appeared before the commission to record the statement and testimony in the case due to which the commission could not reach any conclusion.

Balochistan government had set up a judicial commission comprising two judges, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Nazir Ahmad Langu from the Balochistan High Court after approval from the court s chief justice.

Usman Kakar, a senior leader of the PkMAP, had passed away on June 21 in Karachi.
