Summary Hyderabad transformer explosion: Another injured succumbs to injuries
HYDERABAD (Dunya News) - Another youth died after being injured in a transformer explosion in Hyderabad. Police produced three employees of Hesco’s subsidiary company and produced them in court after death toll rises to eight.
According to details, a young man Muhammad Waseem, who was injured when a transformer exploded near Latifabad No. 8 Akbari Mosque, died at a private hospital in Karachi. The deceased was father of three children.
Police have arrested three employees of the transformer repair company Atif, Mujahid and Arsalan and produced them in court.
The civil judge remanded the three accused to police custody for three days.
It may be recalled that several people were burnt and seriously injured in a fire caused by a transformer explosion in Hyderabad, out of which eight people have died.
