Summary PM has appointed Justice (r) Faqir Muhammad Khokhar as Chairman of Competition Appellate Tribunal.
The Prime Minister Yosaf Raza Gilani has also approved the Constitution of the Competition Appellate Tribunal in terms of section 43 of Competition Act, 2010.
