Summary Sindh High Courts Justice Tufail H Ibrahim has resigned due to personal reasons.
Justice (r) Fakhruddin’s son Justice Tufail H Ibrahim did not come in the court today. His official van was brought by his driver to the court premises.The court staff informed the Judicial Branch of his resignation. The cases were marked to the court of Justice Sajjad Ali Shah on verbal order of the Chief Justice.SHC sources said that Justice Tufail had informed the CJ about his resignation.
