Summary Karachis South Zone DIG Shaukat has said that new police pickets will be set up in Lyari Town.
After holding a meeting with Karachi coordination committee, former people’s peace committee and police officer in Lyari Town Office, South Zone DIG Shaukat visited the area.He said that police took control of the area and announced full security for the locals.The DIG said that President Zardari had given clear instructions regarding maintaining peace in Karachi.
