Summary Rain spell flashed different cities in the morning including Islamabad.
Monsoon winds have surrounded the upper parts of the country due to which rain has started in most areas.The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted heavy rains in different districts, including Khushab, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Jhang, and Jhelum.Flood-like situation can hit the nullahs and streams while, PMD has directed the authorities concerned to remain alert and adopt measures to control any alarming situation.Meanwhile, emergency has been declared due to rising water level in Rawalpindi’s Lai Nullah.
