Summary The Parliamentary Committee has postponed the appointment of 6 additional judges of Peshawar HC.
The Parliamentary committee held a meeting under the chairmanship of Nayyar Bukhari. It sought further explanations pertaining to the recommended names by the Judicial Committee.After meeting, Nayyar BUkhari while talking to media men said that the six names sent by the Judicial Commission were those of the lawyers. Committee would hold its next meeting on July 21.Khalid Mahmood, Fazal Haq Abbasi, Nasir Hussain Khan, Waqqar Ahmad Shah, Qaiser Rasheed and Malik Azmatullah have been recommended for the Peshawar High Court.
