Summary SHC has ordered not to arrest Afaq Ahmed over any fresh case without the courts permission.
A three-member bench of the Sindh High Court heard a petition filed by Mohajir Qaumi Movement Haqiqi Chairman Afaq Ahmed and ordered the police not to arrest him over any fresh case without court’s permission. A report was presented in the court stating that ten cases had been registered against Afaq. Afaq has been granted bail in two out of the 10 cases. While he has been acquitted in one case and his name was put in column 2nd in six cases which showed he was innocent. The court directed police not to arrest Afaq in any new case without its approval.
